After 5 years at Lake Anne and over 500 clients trained, we're singing Auld Lang Syne and moving into 2010: same trainers, same clients, new location, new management.

Doors close and doors open.

We're closing the doors at BodyByGeoff, and the folks at One To One Fitness Centers are opening theirs to our clients and trainers at the company's Reston facility located in Town Center on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt hotel.

One To One has been in the personal training business for more than 20 years and has five locations in the area (Reston, Great Falls, Tyson's and two locations in DC). Just devoted to personal training. In addition, though, clients training at the Reston facility can enjoy the indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, massage therapy and spacious locker rooms.
