  • Complete health & medical history is reviewed
  • Bring any instructions given by your doctor, prescription medications, etc.
  • Weight, body fat percentage and body measurements are taken
  • Range of motion, flexibility, strength & cardio tests are administered
  • Your Active 65 goals established
    Bring or wear exercise clothes

3. Set your personal appointments.

We recommend either 30-minute or 1-hour appointments 1 to 3 times a week.

 

 

4. We keep detailed records
Each personal training session is recorded in your personal exercise log book. We will do a re-assessment of your progress every 30 days and consult with our physical therapist as needed.

  • Personal Training: single or buddy training.
    Not a class.
  • Each trainer is specially certified throuh our own training program overseen by Geoff and our physical therapist.
  • Functional upper and lower body strength is increased.
  • Flexibility, balance and stability is improved.


Each individual's progress will vary. Consult your physician before starting this or any exercise program.
