How to Take Care of Men

Father's day is Sunday, June 15. This is a good time to think about how to take care of the man in your life. Or, if you are the father, how to keep yourself around and healthy for those you love.
Stress
Try to take it out of your life. Get a massage. Do 15-20 minutes of cardio daily. Take a Yoga or T'ai Chi class.
Diet
Feed your health--try to stick to 3 meals/2 snacks a day and keep it low fat, low carb, and low glycemic.
Exercise
Find something you love and do it once a week. Also, get into the gym 2-3 times a week to maintain or gain functional strength, flexiblity and stamina.
