"Personal training is quite simply the only way I will exercise. I didn't grow up with sports and I no longer kid myself that "someday" I'll workout on my own. Over the years I've joined a few gyms and stopped going pretty soon afterwards. |
I need to work with a trainer. It's more fun and having an appointment gets me there. I lost a lot of weight on their weight loss program, and the amazing thing is that I have kept it off for 4 years. This is all because of personal training [with Geoff] and I know I will gain it back if I ever stop going to BBG. For this reason I don't consider it a luxury item but a necessity. I can't think of any better use of my money.
As a side note, I've become stronger and more athletic than I ever magined. This is not why I started going but it's been a real transformation and my friends are amazed at how I've changed in such a short time."

These past three months have been life changing for me in so many ways. Obviously, I feel better...I think I look a little better...and my outlook on life has improved dramatically. Body By Geoff is a special kind of gym - at least in my experience. I have always felt welcome here and each and every one of your employees have been nothing but supportive, encouraging and just plain nice.
I'm not sure what prompted me to call BBG specifically three months ago - but I am so glad that I did. I had gained so much weight and gotten so out of shape that I was embarrassed to even do the assessment. You put me at ease right away and I soon learned that you have created a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Everyone has been great, but one person in particular has been a true lifesaver...Joe Alisasis.
I don't know exactly why you paired me up with Joe but I think it's a perfect fit. Not only is he the most patient, kind, understanding guy - but he knows what he's talking about. I love his relaxed training style because I'm never stressed out - and it encourages me to work harder and strive to do better. Joe is always reminding me of the importance of diet and sleep and seems genuinely interested in my continuing success. |

As an older woman who had exercised minimally for several years, I realized I did not have the knowledge to set up a program for me to achieve the physical improvements that I needed. A personal trainer provided the expertise I needed to get started safelyand to make steady forward progress. My trainers, Solomon and Juan Carlos, provide positive support and encouragement as well as workouts designed for my needs and abilities, that are both challenging and varied - I provide the work and the "sweat equity!" With their guidance failure is not an option!! |
