We are totally committed to offering you a personal-training-only environment with convenient training packages, no monthly club fees, and professional, certified personal training 6 days a week in studio, home or office.

In Studio Training
Our locations at the Lake Anne Village Center in Reston and our NEW ASHBURN STUDIO on Red Rum Rd. off Waxpool, near Ashburn Village and Broadlands, provides all of the benefits of studio-plus environment.
- All clients are scheduled by appointment with a personal trainer. No competition from club members not working with a trainer.
- All equipment and space is designed for professional personal training.
- Complete gym, classroom, lockers and showers. Everything is provided: towels, locks, water, mats and any equipment you will need.

In-Home or Office Training
BodyByGeoff understands that your busy schedule may not allow you the time to leave home or the office for personal training. We specialize in providing in-home personal training in Reston, Great Falls, Vienna, Oakton, Ashburn, Brambleton and South Riding areas.
- We can come to your home or office for personal training.
- Our staff can bring essential equipment or help you to set up a basic yet effective workout space.

Buddy Training
- Buddy Training is 2 workout buddies who work with 1 personal trainer.
- Cost Effective--Save 30 to 40% over individual personal training.
- Motivating--Many people find that working out with another person helps motivate them to get to each session as well as try harder during the session.

9 Steps to More Results In Less Time
1. Health & Fitness Assessment
- No charge
- Complete health/medication history
- Full body measurements
- Body Fat Test
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): How exercise and calories work to lose, maintain or gain weight.
- Basic range of motion, flexibility and strength tests
2. Choose Your Results Package
- Our unique Results Card is good for 1 year.
- We accept any major credit card or personal
check.
- You are not charged unless you have an appointment.
- Charge any service or product.
- Cancellations: $35 with less than 4 hours notice or by closing for early morning appointments.
3. Scheduling Your Appointments
- All personal training at BodyByGeoff is scheduled by appointment with your personal trainer.
- Our exclusive 12-Week Basic Results Program recommends training three times a week with 2 days of cardio exercise.
- We train 7 days a week. Our first appointments are at 6am Monday-Friday, 8am on Saturday. We are closed Sundays.
- Most appointments are one hour and are scheduled on the hour.
- The studio opens at 5:30am Monday - Friday for cardio.
- You will typically be scheduled with only your primary trainer. However, if your schedule changes, our training staff will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
4. Cardio/Warm-Up
- Warm up at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Come back to do extra cardio during off-hours at no charge!
5. Personal Training Session
- Strength (women and men): We adjust for ages, fitness levels, goals and body types.
- Primarily free weights, bars, dumbbells, weighted balls, bags and other unique training tools.
- Cardio/Conditioning: The BodyByGeoff difference--we have you move with weight such as weight sleds, weight vests, kettle bells. You condition faster using large muscle groups.
- Flexibility/Agility/Stretching: Exercises emphasizing your core and balance are incorporated throughout. We end each session with a trainer providing a full, manipulative stretch.
6. Record Keeping
- Each training session is recorded for future progress and precise hand-off if you work with more than one trainer.
- BodyByGeoff uses our exclusive 12-week diet, exercise and cardio progress guide book.
7. Weekly Weigh-ins and 30-Day Reassessments
- Keep on track with weekly weigh-ins.
- See your progress with a complete health and fitness reassessment that includes body measurements, body fat test, diet review and exercise progression.
8. Outdoor Conditioning
- Get outside and enjoy the beautiful views and scenery around Lake Anne!
- Lake Anne provides paths, stairs, and kayaking on the lake.
- Take our bikes on the trails for cardio and conditioning.
- Sports conditioning equipment
9. Seniors, Youth & Post Rehab
- BodyByGeoff trains people of all ages and levels of fitness and ability.
- We have an in-house licensed physical therapist for those recovering from an injury or surgery.
- We also offer 1/2 hour training appointments for those who would like to ease into training.
