Susan is an experienced Dietitian who can help clients who need some more specialized help with their diet. Susan provides help to clients who are trying to loose weight, deal with unexplained weight gain or loss, eat healthier for lifestyle or medical reasons. Susan can also help deal with food allergies. Susan helps individuals and families with a supportive, helpful, factual style. So when you think you are eating right and exercising and are still not reaching your goals, let Susan help you.

Jacques deBroekert, M.Ed. Therapist, specializes in helping people with food and eating in conjunction with exercise and diet. Jacques has worked with many BodyByGeoff clients to address the mind as well as the body in their goal to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Jacques is scheduled through BodyByGeoff and is available by appointment in Reston and Ashburn in a private, confidential setting. BodyByGeoff provides the entire solution for your personal weight loss and fitness goals.

As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological
issues.
I believe that an eclectic approach to therapy is the most effective. I find that the use of many therapy styles is most effective in treating clients. I use cognitive-behavioral, Gaustalt, solution focused, and Adlarian therapeutic methods.
I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal without regard to their gender, faith, beliefs, or personal attributes. |
Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
There are three areas that you can effectively change and improve your life: your mental well being, your fitness levels, and your diet. My treatment model includes evaluation of these three areas allowing me to treat the whole person rather than just the symptoms. |

Diet-to-Go has Low Fat, Vegetarian, and Low Carb 1200-to1600 a day meal plans. The meals taste better because they are both made and delivered fresh to the BodyByGeoff Studio on Tuesday and Friday by 5pm.
Each Diet-to-Go meal is complete with satisfying portions. Each meal is individually packaged and ready to serve or microwave, making them easy to take to work for lunch.

BodyByGeoff recommends planning what you eat, whether you are trying to eat healthier, lose weight or maintain weight. One way to do so is keeping track of your calories.
We recommend using www.my-calorie-counter.com. This is a free website that is very useful to count your calories throughout the day or to just make healthier eating decisions. Remember, every personal training client gets a free nutrition analysis, a complete analysis with your daily food logs and a recommended diet plan to help you achieve your individual goals. This, accompanied with targeted personal training, cardio, weekly weigh-ins and 30-day assessments will help you achieve your goals and maintain the progress you've already made.
